Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Jedburgh is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) operating from Jedburgh, UK. We provide online weight loss consultations and prescription medicines to eligible patients in the United Kingdom. Our pharmacy is regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and operates in full compliance with UK pharmacy law.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must complete an accurate and honest medical questionnaire before any treatment is approved. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet our clinical criteria or who provides false or misleading information.

Weight loss treatments are only suitable for individuals who meet specific clinical thresholds. Final eligibility is determined solely by our registered pharmacist or prescribing clinician. We do not supply prescription medicines purely on request.

3. Prescriptions and Clinical Approval

All prescription medicines dispensed through our service require a valid prescription issued by an authorised UK prescriber. No prescription medicine will be dispatched without prior clinical review and approval by our pharmacist or prescribing clinician.

By submitting a consultation, you confirm that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false medical information is dangerous and may constitute a criminal offence. We may contact your GP or request additional medical evidence before approving a prescription.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or withdraw a prescription at any time if we believe it is clinically inappropriate or if new information comes to light.

4. Payment

Payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable and are subject to change without notice. You will be charged the price shown at the time your order is placed.

We do not store full payment card details on our systems. Payment processing is handled by a third-party provider in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

5. Delivery

Once your order has been clinically reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked, discreet postal service. We cannot guarantee delivery times once an order has been handed to our courier, as external factors may cause delays.

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We accept no liability for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address being provided.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order before clinical approval has been granted, and a full refund will be issued. Once a prescription has been approved and your medication has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medicines, in accordance with UK law and for patient safety reasons.

If your order is refused on clinical grounds, you will receive a full refund of the medication cost. Consultation fees, if applicable, may be non-refundable. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at the contact details provided on our website.
